Hehehe... petang tadi tgh ralit chatting ngan kgkwn ada lak yg 'samekom' kat luar umah. Tgk2 upernye anak buahku datang. Anak buah ni baru balik dari asrama. Dia singgah sini. Malam kang ayah dia mai amik bawk dia balik umah dorang kat Sepang.
Elok2 dah siap masak bihun sup tp takut lak tak cukup sbb anak buah ku yg sorang ni jenis selera terbukak - kuat makan. Wakakaka!
Jadi nak tak nak kenelah tambah lauk dan kene la masak nasi. Kang sian lak dia tak cukup makan. Ngadu ngan ibu dia (kakak aku) yang aku tak bagi dia makan (mmg nak kene cili la klu dia ngadu camtuh hahaha).
Sambil2 tambah lauk, buat kek ni atas permintaan anak buah & adik dia yg kuat makan nih...

Bahan-bahan
180g butter
250g gula
3 bj telur
300g air (boleh ganti dgn susu segar. Aku pakai susu rendah lemak)
*250g tepung gandum
*50g serbuk koko
*1 s/k soda bikarbonat
*1 s/k baking powder
*diayak bersama
Cara-cara
Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang.
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji.
Masukkan campuran bahan ayak.
Masukkan air (susu) & gaulkan sebati.
Lengserkan loyang dengan marjerin dan lapik kertas baking. Tuang adunan dalam loyang.
Bakar dengan suhu 180c selama 50-60 min atau sehingga bahagian tengah kek kering bila dicucuk dengan lidi.
Tulis tu saje gurau2 ngan anak buah. Hahaha!
