Actually apam blossom ni aku wat untuk minum petang aku dan anak2 semalam. Letak inti blueberi je... tang inti tu sebenarnya boleh je dipelbagaikan... ikut tekak sendirilah, kan...
Sane sini sinun aku tengok orang buat apam blossom ni... Kak Am kat JB tu, sampai aku rase nak bagi mahkota ratu apam blossom dah... banyak betul dia terima tempahan apam blossom ni... seronok sungguh aku tengok... cantik2 pulaknye tu apam blossom hasil tangannya. Yang bercorak ade... yang plain pun ade... baru2 ni pulak aku tengok kat umah sape tah (tak ingat) ade pulak apam blossom dot dot dot... ekekekeee
Semuanya terpulanglah kepada kekreatifan sendiri. Yang aku buat ni macam biase aje...Sebab sambil2 tu aku sedang mengulit dengan doh tart.
Tapi resipi apam blossom yang akan aku kongsikan di bawah ni aku copy paste dari blog Kak Ita cayang juga kat Johor nun... terima kasih akak... berkongsi2 resipi...
Bahan-bahan (lebih 100 biji papercup kecil) :
3 biji telur - dari peti sejuk
275 gm tepung gandum
220 gm gula halus
150gm susu segar
3 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu kecil ovallete

Filling blueberry secukupnya (masukkan ke dalam piping bag)
Cara-cara :
- Masukkan semua bahan apam ke dalam mangkuk mixer dan pukul kelajuan maxima selama 6 - 8 minit.
- Bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian & titiskan pewarna mengikut citarasa.
- Masukkan setiap warna ke dalam piping bag (atau beg plastik yang bersih).
- Picitkan sedikit adunan ke dalam mangkuk kertas yang telah disusun didalam acuan lompang.
- Picitkan blueberry filling secukupnya.
- Picitkan lagi adunan yang berlainan warna sehingga ¾ penuh.
- Kukus didalam kukusan yang telah dipanaskan selama 10-15 minit.
Kalau rajin, bolehlah cuba resipi kat atas tu... tapi kalau malas, boleh order aje dari aku yek... 50pcs - RM14 saje.... moh order!
