Seri Muka Pelangi buat untuk minum petang semalam. Resipi ambil dr blog Che Siti. Tq.
Takde benda nak celoteh... jom layan resipinya. Yang nak cuba silekan...

Bahan lapisan bawah:
2 cawan santan cair
1 1/2 cawan beras pulut - cuci dan rendamkan 3 jam
1 sudu teh garam
Bahan lapisan pelangi:
2 cawan tepung gandum
1/4 cawan tepung beras
1/4 cawan tepung jagung
1/2 cawan gula pasir (boleh tambah lagi jika suka lebih manis)
3 1/2 cawan santan (boleh tambah lagi jika perlu)
1 camca teh garam
Pewarna Merah, Oren dan kuning.
Cara-cara :
1. Panaskan periuk kukus hingga air mendidih.
2. Satukan bahan lapisan bawah dan masukkan semua dalam loyang dan kukuskan.

1 1/2 cawan beras pulut - cuci dan rendamkan 3 jam

Bahan lapisan pelangi:

1/4 cawan tepung jagung
1/2 cawan gula pasir (boleh tambah lagi jika suka lebih manis)
3 1/2 cawan santan (boleh tambah lagi jika perlu)
1 camca teh garam
Pewarna Merah, Oren dan kuning.
Cara-cara :

2. Satukan bahan lapisan bawah dan masukkan semua dalam loyang dan kukuskan.
3. Apabila pulut telah masak tekankan dalam loyang sehingga mampat - boleh juga alas loyang dengan plastik, agar senang nak keluarkan kuih nanti.
4. Satukan semua bahan lapisan pelangi kecuali pewarna, blender halus dan tapiskan.
5. Bahagikan adunan lapisan pelangi kepada 3 bahagian sama banyak.
6. Masukkan setiap bahagian dengan satu warna kacau rata.
7. Kukus semula pulut yang telah dimampatkan.
8. Tuangkan lapisan dengan warna merah dan kukus selama 8 minit. Buat lapisan kedua kukus lagi dan seterusnya hingga habis.
9. Apabila telah habis semua lapisan, kukus semula selama 20-25 minit dan tutup dengan tuala bersih pada tutup kukusan agar tiada air menitis atas kuih nanti. Sejukkan betul-betul baru dipotong kuih dengan pisau plastik.
10. Sesuai untuk minum pagi atau petang.

6. Masukkan setiap bahagian dengan satu warna kacau rata.
