As salam...
Alhamdulillah, dapat juga memiliki ape yang diidamkan. Sebelum ni kalau kawan2 buat tayangan amal kat blog & fb, rase... alahai!!! Dan akhirnya minggu lepas, Allah SWT makbulkan permintaan & hajat hati.
Minta tolong kawan, Zura tolong belikan semasa beliau berkunjung ke Langkawi. Hujung tahun lepas kite sendiri p Langkawi, tak tau plak pasal pan ni. Kalau dak, haruslah daku memborong beli bebanyak, bawak baik buat juai hahaha!!!
Ok, pan ni aku dah rasmikan pon... dah bakaq ayam dan ikan. Nanti2 nak try bakaq kek dan lain2 macam yg disuggestkan kawan2. Bukan ape2 pun... oven ade 2 bijik wat pe la susah payahnye membako dlm pan ni,kan... sajalah aiiii... suke2! saje nak try2... xde salah pun, kan....

Ok, ade yang tanye... aku bakar ayam dlm pan ni ade letak minyak ke?
Jawapannya: takde. betui, setitik pun xde letak. Tapi alhamdulillah ayam aku tak melekat kat pan pun. yang 1st time bakar ayam mcm dlam gambar kat atas, yg kerak itam2 tu memang melekat kat pan. Ayam tak lekat ye.. ulang2 kali aku balik2kan ayam tu,angkat2 camtu je.
Kerak2 yang lekat tu, aku tuang air dan biarkan dlm 15 minit. Masa nak basuh tu, dah lekang dah dia dari pan. Yang ada masalah lekat, maaflah...xtau ape sebabnya walau mungkin dari jenama pan yg sama.
Resipi untuk ayam di atas simple aje...
Perap ayam 1/2 jam dengan kicap, serbuk lada hitam, minyak bijan dan sos tiram.
Tuang dalam pan, tutup dan bakar dengan api perlahan.
Balik2kan untuk ayam masak/bakar rata.
*Buat makan dengan nasi ayam pun sodap. Takde, nasi putih pun sedap jugek!*
tahniah fiza..akhirnya dpt juga fiza beli double pan vantage ni.. kak dah byk biji jual kat fb.. stok saiz 32 dah habis..yg baru akan muncui 36 cm 239rm yg 32 199.. adoi aii frust tol la 32 tu dah ok depa buat 36 lak.. nak bakau kambing pun boleh kot heheheeee kat sini kat PERNAMA lah ada juaiii
