Nak kongsi2 resepi pun rasanya dah ramai yang tahu. Agak terkenal juga resipi kek kukus dari Kak Fida ni. Aku pun dah banyak merasa hasilnya. Dah berkali-kali buat. Terima kasih banyak-banyak kepada Kak Fida yang sudi berkongsi resipi. Secara tak langsung telah menjana pendapatan kami sekeluarga.
Actually aku buat kek kukus ni sbb ada orang menempah. Tapi aku tersilap tgk tarikh. Buat terawal 1 minggu. So apalagilah kan... makan sendirilah jawabnya. Salah sendiri, ehehehee....
Sekadar rujukan, aku tepekkan juga resepinya di sini... Moga dapat membantu & diberkati olehNYA...
220g tepung gandum
225g gula kastor
1sk
150ml susu segar
5 bj telur
1sk esen vanila
1sk ovellete
90ml minyak
pewarna
Cara2:
Panaskan air dalam periuk pengukus.
Campur semua bahan dalam mangkuk kecuali minyak dan pewarna.
Mixer sampai betul2 sebati.
Masukkan minyak dan mixer lagi hingga sebati.
Bahagikan kepada beberapa bahagian (2 aje pun boleh) dan letakkan pewarna.
Tuang 1/2 adunan dalam loyang yg dilengser marjerin/minyak dan dilapik kertas minyak.
Tutup loyang dengan aluminium foil.
Naikkan adunan ke atas pengukus hanya apabila air kukusan dah betul2 mendidih. Gunakan api sederhana. Kukus selama 15 minit.
Susun asam manis dan tuang 1/2 adunan lagi (warna berlainan). Tutup dgn aluminum foil dan sambung dikukus 15 minit lagi. Buat sehingga habis adunan.
Untuk kukusan terakhir, lanjutkan kukusan selama 45 minit.
