Selamat menyambut ramadhan dan selamat berpuasa. Macam mana puasa hari pertama hari ni? ok...? Sy ok aje... Cuma Mierza tak puasa sampai akhir. Bertahan sampai pukul 12++ camtu. Oklah tu... belajar xlow2 :-)
Hajat di hati ni nak update blog setiap hari untuk Iftar tahun ni... hai entahlah terlaksana ke tidak, kan.... moga diperkenankan olehNya!
Ok, hari pertama Iftar tahun ini aku mulakan dengan Puding Karamel Kukus ni. Hemp... boleh tahanlah tp rasenye tetap x boleh lawan lagi rase lemak merdu resipi Kak Hanieliza yang sebelum ni dah 2x aku buat. Aku bukanlah selalu sangat pun buat puding karamel ni, tapi makan suke! Dan rasenye aku lebih puas hati dengan resepi puding karamel lapis coklat tu.
Tak apa2.... Take in positif way... sedap ni subjektif,kan... klu aku x suka atau kurang minat,,tekak orang lain belum tentu sama dgn tekak aku. jadi dengan itu aku sharekan. resipinya di sini. Yang nak try, silekan. Minta izin pada tuan punye dan terima kasih!
Bahan A
5 biji telur
1 tin susu cair (400ml)
1/2 cwn gula
1/2 cwn air
1 sb esen vanila
Bahan B
1 cwn gula
1 cwn air
* gunakan cwn yg sama
#aku kurangkan pada 1/2 cwn saja
Cara2
-panaskan pengukus.
-sediakan karamel. dlm kuali dgn api sederhana, tuang gula. biarkan gula cair sambil sesekali dikacau. Bila dah cair, tutup api dan tuang air. masa tuang air tu berhati2 sbb takut terpercik. pasang api semula dan masak gula semula dgn air hingga gula cair dan sebati dgn air. Biarkan karamel sejuk sikit baru tuang dlm bekas (klu guna bekas plastik. tp klu guna loyang besi tu, bolehlah terus tuang).
-satukan semua bahan A dlm 1 mangkuk. guna whisk sebatikan semua.
-bila air pengukus dah menggelegak, kukus selama 30-40 minit.
-bila dah masak, sejukkan dulu sebelum dimasukkan dlm peti sejuk. enak dihidang semasa sejuk.
